Robert R. Olivares, PhD, is the owner of The Doctor Rob Coachsulting LLC, professional services. His practice merges an extensive 30 year career in Marketing, Business Development, and Strategy Leadership roles with multidisciplinary education, certifications, and a diverse personal background to offer clients a blended, yet straightforward approach to developing solutions to business opportunities.
A seasoned business professional and certified life coach specializing in brand management, product innovation, and go-to-market strategies. With a strong track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion, Robert has led successful product launches, optimized retail partnerships, and implemented data-driven marketing initiatives.
His expertise spans across roles and consulting for companies with various business models such as Nabisco, Pepsi, RNDC, and Next Solutions with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and industry trends across Food & Beverage and Marketing Technology categories. Passionate about innovation and customer-centric strategies, He excels at creating compelling brand narratives and delivering results in competitive markets. At the Chicago-based company, Brandmuscle, he served as Executive Vice President and played a key role in business expansion, exit planning, and the successful private equity sale of the company in 2024.
Olivares holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin, an MBA in Business Management, a PhD in Organizational Leadership, and an Executive Education Mini-MBA in Digital Marketing.
